Aghios Sostis beach with it’s church and famous little taverna is only a 5- minute walk below while Panormos beach is only a short drive away. All five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and sea views with French doors that open up to their own terraces. The 600 m2 Villa Nouelle, lays on 2 levels, has 5 bedrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. On the Ground floor, there is a spacious modern living room overlooking the sea, a dining area that can comfortably sit 10 guests, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. In addition, there are four bedrooms ensuite bathrooms, and direct access to the pool. On the Upper floor, there is on bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with an amazing Seaview.

The outdoor area includes terraces with a lounge and open-air dining facilities, shaded pergolas, and a large swimming pool. The location of the villa is in proximity to the beach, which guarantees tranquility, as the picturesque landscape and the crystal-clear sea captivate your eye.
