A fully-equipped kitchen with a door leading to the outdoor terrace, W.C., and two bedrooms are also located on this level: A Bedroom with a 1.60m bed and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower attachment and a bedroom (access via separate external entrance) with 1.60 bed, ensuite shower room.

On the First Level, there are two bedrooms: The Master bedroom with 1.80 beds and ensuite bathroom with rain shower, a large terrace with great sea views, and a Bedroom (access via external staircase) with 1.60m bed and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower attachment. On the Lower Level, there are four bedrooms: Three ensuite twin / double beds bedrooms and an ensuite double bedroom with 1.60 bed and doors where leading to the pool area. A Laundry room, a fully equipped gym, and table tennis can be also found on this level. The Outdoor area of 13,700 m2 landscaped with terraced gardens featuring olive trees and garden pavilions take advantage of the wonderful views. Broad terraces with built-in seating areas surround the pools and the Villa Minos offers magical views.
