Located on the eastern coast of the island, villa Ligeia offers a breathtaking view of the endless blue that extends all the way to the horizon. A few meters away from the residence, a small bay welcomes you to enjoy the beach in complete privacy, since it’s otherwise accessible only by sea (for this purpose there is a private pier built at the place). A building of great elegance, villa Ligeia is built with respect to local architecture.

Mediterranean details and contemporary elements collaborate to create a resort of all comforts, ideal for relaxation and peace of mind. The villa develops in two levels, has five bedrooms and can host up to ten guests. On ground floor there is a comfortable living room with fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, the master bedroom (40 sq.m.) with double bed and en suite bathroom, one guest WC and the laundry room.

On the first floor there are three twin bedrooms with en suite bathroom and balcony facing the sea. A guestroom with separate entrance, double bed and bathroom en suite, opening to the pool terrace, can be also found on the ground level of the villa.

The outdoor areas include: infinity swimming pool, sunbeds, seating and dining areas under pergola with exceptional sea-views.
