On the Pool Level which is the entrance and welcoming area of Villa Lauretta, there is a large independent living room (semi-open) with an indoor heated plunge pool, a sizeable pi-shaped built-in sofa, and a tall glass opening with a sea and sunset view, an indoor dining area (access to a pergola shaded veranda with sitting and dining areas), a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances On the same level, there is an ensuite double bedroom (Queen size bed) with walk-in shower and access to a private veranda with a lounge space and sea view. On the Upper Level, there is an en suite Master bedroom with a built-in bed (King size), bathtub, walk-in shower, and private terrace with a sea view. On the Lower Level, there are 3 ensuite bedrooms and an independent Guest-house as well: Three ensuite double bedrooms (King size bed) with walk-in shower and access to a shared veranda spacious terrace with sea view and a garden along the frontside veranda with a lounge and sea view, a Guest WC and an independent Guest-house (en suite) with separate entrance, king size bed, walk-in shower and a private deck terrace with sea and garden view and a training equipment area.
