Settled in a dreamy landscape location with mountain views in the area of Porto Heli, on the east coast of the Peloponnese, Edem Estate is a true sanctuary for visitors who desire a calm accommodation. Decorated with Mediterranean style and minimal aesthetics, the wonderful estate is an ideal country retreat located on a hilltop offering tranquility and peace with panoramic views of the most stunning settings over the hills consisting of two individual properties (Villa A and Villa B) The 150m2 Villa has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

As you enter the property, there is a living room with large, bright windows and a separate sitting area, a cozy open plan kitchen, a guest bathroom, and two bedrooms: An ensuite Master bedroom with a King-size bed, and an ensuite twin bedroom. On the Upper Level, there is the third bedroom which is connected with the twin and includes a double ensuite bedroom.

The outdoor area will fascinate even the most demanding guests; there is a lovely swimming pool, a beautiful lush garden along a terrace with a sitting area designed for alfresco dining. Also, there is an additional outdoor dining area under a shaded pergola with plants, where visitors can enjoy a BBQ meal or an aperitif with friends and family. Furthermore, an open-air cinema, the wine pressing area, and the common large infinity pool with bar are some of the highlights of the property that guests will surely enjoy.

The 200m2 Villa lies on two floors, has two bedrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. On the Ground Floor, there is a living room with a fireplace, a sitting area, a dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a guest bedroom with an adaptable sofa bed, and a guest bathroom. On the Upper Floor, there are two stylishly furnished and decorated bedrooms (the Master bedroom with a private terrace and a Twin bedroom), with en suite modern bathrooms, overlooking the vineyards.

The outdoor area includes a swimming pool with shaded sitting/dining areas, where one can enjoy the tranquillity and the privacy offered by the villa along with the superb landscape views, the Meditteranean lush garden.
