The property comprises four independent white-shaded units, providing a hotel-like accommodation with an elegant touch. This is the main house which includes a sitting area for 12 people with a bar, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest W.C. There is also the master bedroom with a King-size bed, large ensuite marble bathroom, vanity desk, lounge chair, and side table, wardrobe and fitted safety box.

The house provides stunning sea and pool views from the sitting/dining room and from the master bedroom. It is fully airconditioned and it has direct access to the swimming pool and outdoor lounge and dining areas. The house includes three independent bedrooms. Each bedroom is fully airconditioned, has its own veranda and direct access to the swimming pool and outdoοr lounge and dining areas. There are two bedrooms with King-size beds, ensuite marble bathroom, lounge chair with side table, small desk with chair, and a fitted safety box, offering direct/partial sea view. There is also one more bedroom which can accommodate up to 3 people with a King-size bed or 2 single beds (plus an extra single bed in the dressing area), an ensuite marble bathroom, a fitted safety box.

The second bedroom has three single beds, an ensuite marble bathroom, with a partial sea view, a lounge chair with a side table, a small desk with a chair, a fitted safety box. This is the guest house with a capacity of 2-4 guests with two separated areas with sliding doors. The guest house offers a direct sea view, a small lounge area with sofas/ beds, and an en-suite bedroom with a King-size bed.

The outdoor area will fascinate even the most demanding guests, offering a private shaded swimming area on the cliffs below the house, an outdoor shaded bar, two outdoor shaded dining areas (first dining table for 6-8 people, second dining table for 16 people), pool lounge area for 16 people ideal for gatherings. There is also a second garden lounge area with sea views, an outdoor large kitchen with BBQ, extra fridge and freezer, and parking space for 4 cars. Only steps away guests can enjoy the beach with direct access from the left side of the property.
