The 350 m2 Villa has two levels, connected with indoor/outdoor stairs, has five bedrooms and can host up 10 guests.

On the upper floor, there is a spacious living room, a dining area that can host 10 guests with large windows offering pool and amazing Caldera views, a fully equipped kitchen and a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with rain-shower, a walking closet and a study area overlooking Caldera.

On the ground floor, there is a living area and four bedrooms: Three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with pool view and a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom facing the back patio. On the outdoor area, there is the large swimming pool with lounge areas and sunbeds for relaxation moments, outdoor BBQ and a helipad which makes the property accessible by helicopter.
